My Studio

Lots of inspiration (for me)

Making some cards and small collages.
Working on Mailart365.

Work, work, work
(it feels like play)

Chinatown altered book in progress.

Shrine inspired by El Dia des las Muertas

A room of one's own

OK, you see every single inch isn't covered in paper and inspiration.
I manage to keep a calm peaceful space in the back.
And I have a sweet little deck with plants too.

  1. This is fun to see. I do something similar, except my desk is much messier. The rest of the house is neat and tidy.

  2. Looks like a fun place to play, great light. I love your hob nail glasses...

  3. Love your space! And your work inspires me. I did get a postcard sent off to a friend today. One day, one postcard :) Looking at other inspirations. COLD outside, but cozy in here.

  4. What a FANTASTIC space! I am envious. Love your huge desk.

  5. What a great space. I'm jealous.

  6. Thanks, everyone. I know I am lucky to have my own studio. My husband built me that huge work table years ago and it is perfect. He made it taller than a usual table so I can stand and work comfortably. I can also give small workshops for three people on it. I love to go into my studio and lose myself in artwork....

  7. It looks so inspired - just like your work and you! Love all the space you have - and of course you look so neat, tidy and organized! Thanks for sharing!

  8. I enjoy seeing other studios. Mine is tiny but functions well and has a similar feeling, a worked in feeling, a feeling that something takes place in it. And like you, it's not work for me but fun and bliss.

  9. Awww, I love this post - it makes me have a different vision of you creating when I see your mail pieces.

  10. I am kind of laughing....about the neat and tidy comments....
