ReplyDeleteOther words I like are rustle, phosphorescent, onomatopaeic and listen. I am also in love with a few Australian place names like Woolloomooloo, Wee Jasper and the Bungle Bungles.

pixilate, abattoir, sleuth, facile, extraordinary, pudgy. What a fanciful game! I picked up my old dictionary and found: "krypton n. Newly discovered element in air. It is somewhat denser than nitrogen. [Gr. = hidden.] Then this took me to Wikipedia to see what is known about krypton today. It's fun to HAVE that ancient dictionary but I am grateful that I live now in the age of wikipedia. Yes, serendipity is a good one, like the serendipitous day that brought you into my life!
